I am an electronics engineer with a biomedical orientation: a mix of specialised and transversal skills and knowledge, the result of time applied to study in my post-graduate Master's years and experience gained in the field in over 20 years of work.

I owe a lot to the time when, very young, employed in a large pharmaceutical company, I focused on my professional goals. It took me some time before I realised them with a project of my own. Years passed with new roles and responsibilities in other companies in the sector. In the meantime, I become a trainer for companies and professionals on Data Integrity, Computer Validation and IT Compliance. I have trained more than 300 people working with accredited organisations such as LS Academy and directly called upon by companies.

Quality for QStep means being constantly oriented towards innovation, both technological and methodological, accompanying customers in the process of compliance with the regulations that govern their businesses, with an approach and a process that allows them to take one more step: expanding their competencies.

I am convinced that alone one does not go far and that knowledge and skills must be transferred and shared in order not to lose them. But, above all, I believe that by working together we can grow and be enriched with new and exciting visions.

Finally, in 2018, after several years as a freelance consultant, I was able to turn the skills I had acquired into my own project: QStep, which stands for 'Quality Step'.

But Qstep is not just me: it is a team of experts and young graduates, whom I have committed to developing professionally, dedicating time and energy to their training.
